Do you accept pets?
We accept pets on a case-by-case basis. Pets must have a good history and if accepted, we charge a monthly pet rent fee determined by management.
Do you accept bad credit?
We work with bad credit as long as you have a steady work history (proven by pay stubs), good rental history (proven by former landlord[s] references), and other compensating factors.
Do you require an application fee?
There is a non-refundable application fee of $25 (cash or money order only) per adult (ages 18 or older).
Do you require any moving deposits?
First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit. Some cases will require a last month’s rent to help make up for other risk factors and a limited rental history.
