I buy and sell several homes in lancaster county. I have known alan cherkin for 10 years. He works hard for his clients and he negotiates better than any other realtor out there. I have known many of Alan’s renters because i referred many of them. All of them like Alan from what they tell me. Alan does the most advertising for his clients as well. Alan is not slumlord.
